In Loving Memory of Greg Anderson

Greg Anderson was a deeply beloved member of the Mt. Airy and Germantown communities. He was kind and generous, and a person of tremendous integrity, wisdom, and grace. As a husband, father, son, brother, friend, coach, and neighbor, Greg was the kind of person who made the world a better place just by being himself.
One of the many ways that Greg demonstrated his generosity and compassion was by serving as a volunteer board member for the Germantown Life Enrichment Center (GLEC), a transitional housing facility and community center, where Greg loved to play pick-up basketball.
Greg passed away – very suddenly and tragically – on Monday, April 7th. He is survived by his wife Melanie, children Marcus, Mia, and Gus, parents LaMarr and Nanette, and siblings Kimberly, Jeffrey, and Christopher. To celebrate Greg’s life, his family welcomes donations to GLEC in his name and honor.
